In this splendid setting in the province of Vicenza stands the large, ancient Palazzo dei Brunello, known locally as "Il Palazzone" (the big palace). This country residence, built in the 16th Century, has been home to the Brunello family since way back in 1840, the year in which the Fratelli Brunello distillery was founded, still in use nowadays and renowned for its grappa. Here, next to the distillery, is the Brunello agritourism, offering its guests the chance to “taste” a centuries-old legacy of passion for quality.
Here, tradition is all-pervasive… The guestrooms have been created from an old converted hayloft, while the breakfast room is in what used to be the old stable. Warm, inviting furnishings are made entirely of wood. Expansive green areas, at complete disposal of our guests, make it an ideal place to take a break, think and enjoy life’s small pleasures, far from the everyday stresses and strains.

The Brunello agritourism is primarily distinguished by its warm, friendly brand of hospitality. The facility boasts a large private car park, making your arrival easy. Though there is just one entrance, all guests have a key, so they may come and go as they please.
The old hayloft has been carefully renovated and is home to six guestrooms, each with its own bathroom.
For the Brunello family, respect for tradition is never at the expense of progress. In fact, all rooms come equipped with air conditioning, telephone and television.
There are plenty of leisure time activities to choose from … sports, walks, events, festivals and cultural itineraries organised in the surrounding area.
Our hospitality is completed with the chance to purchase the best food and wine specialities of Vicenza, such as fine wines, salamis, homemade jams, vegetables in oil and of course the famous Brunello grappa.

A day outdoors can be enjoyed in the large areas outside the facility or under the shade of our porch. Different areas are equipped for children’s as well as adults’ recreation.
A grass five-a-side football pitch and volleyball court, a table-tennis table, the chance to explore the surrounding area on our city bikes or take relaxing strolls along the banks of the Bacchiglione river complete a wide array of interesting activities.
Mini cookery and grappa-tasting courses are organised for our guests.
Also of particular interest are the educational activities organised for schools and for children.
Of course, the famous Brunello distillery, one of the oldest in Italy, can be visited by appointment, for a close-up view of the ancient art of distillation and grappa production.
